Brilliant! I’m going to Canada. It’s been way too long…

I’m smiling big time here. I haven’t been to Canada since 1999! It’s been on my ‘must ride more’ list for a long time. But last week, i received another nudge and on a whim I decided I’d go to the Horizons Unlimited event in Nakusp, British Colombia. HU CanWest. After all, it is the 25th Anniversary of HU events happening so where better to go that to HU CanWest to celebrate. The event is help in a town called Nakusp and looking it up, the area looks gorgeous. So much so that I’m already wishing that I could be over for more than 3 weeks.

Just 3 weeks? I’m going to be really busy with the ABR Festival, have one day to be at home and then I’m on the way to Canada. At the end of the three weeks I have a day at home and then I’m straight into the Armchair Adventure Festival.

I shall be shattered but smiling, a lot! Big grin on my face at just the thought of being back in Canada, let alone the fact that I’ll be rubbing shoulders with a bunch of people who are total travel nuts! Overlanders!
